Missing items

Help Uiqua, you are my only hope!

I bought three soul reflectors at the elite merchant. I then equipped them in place of an Ingrimm's hood, Sissel's hope, and a Stormwing. The Stormwing showed up in my inventory, but the Ingrimm's hood and Sissel's hope have disappeared.

I think both of these items came from the master-pack I purchased. So, now i'm worried that the other master-pack items will eventually vanish.

sorry about that mistake! We put 1 Ingrimm's hood and 1 Sissel's hope to your inventory.

Please if this happens again to you, tell us where exactly in the game this error appears. Was it for e.g. in the guild army? Because we can't reproduce this at the moment.

This error happened in my personal army.

I did not remove the 2 items. I just equipped the soul Reflectors. Usually the previously equipped item is returned to the inventory.

so....
maybe...

If an item, that came from the 300 soul master-pack, has another item equipped in its place, it disappears instead of returning to the players inventory?

I would try recreating that, if you haven't already.
