Bigpoint log in problem

This is the area about reporting bugs or when you have technical problems.

You could give them a choice. Of course not all the guys who are blocked by Big Point can come to the Forum or have any way of communicating with you at all.

You could give Big Point two weeks to get the problem fixed and get the guys the ability to log back on.

After that the guys who can't log on could either keep arguing with Big Point, or set up a new account with Days of Evil, which would be mirrored with their old account that Big Point has broken. You would have to let Big Point know which Accounts have been mirrored or just Delete them after they are mirrored and let Big Point figure out which ones are gone.

You guys can decide what kind of compensation should be worked out or tell Big Point they need to refund any money the guys who aren't able to log on from Big Point have paid. After all Big Point has not met their obligation.

It has been almost one month already. According to the postings by Uiqua, there has been essentially no communication between bigpoint and DoE. If they haven't fixed it by now, they are never going to fix it (unless of course they break something else which then magically fixes this problem). The fact that bigpoint did not respond to DoE on a timely basis, did not respond to me (and others) at all, and did not roll back the changes when the bug was discovered, is clear evidence that BP just doesn't care.

@DiannaDark.
The problem is that the page where bigpoint redirected me for the first time to create an account had vanished. They redirect me to a new page where only some screenshots and my account is, and from there i can't login or create a new account. I can't even delete my old one, i can't delete none of the accounts that i created in various games.

kainlord, the geniuses here on Days of Evil should be able to move everything in the game at random or give you a new password that will allow you to log on to your old account from Days of Evil.

I don't understand their not being able to, but I am not a computer geekette.

Hello there,

any deadlines to this consultation? Sorry for bothering you, maybe I live in different environment/culture, but this is starting to look bit like, I don't know, "maniana" approach. Every decision takes days/weeks rather than hours/minutes. Hello, this is 21th century, we are living on fast lane! You are working in internet entertainment segment...

This seems to be simple business decision
- either you will let us play if you decide that we are more profitable than risk of breaking some (non-working anyway, it seems) agreement with BP
- or refund us cost we paid for playing, if you decided that is less worth than your agreement with BigPoint.

If
sum(refunds) > risk of not getting new players from BigPoint == "true"
{convertBP2normal("allBP); printf("All playres - do play!");"}
else
{refundBPplayers("allBP"); printf("All playres - get your money, your account will be deleted!");}
;

or something (it's been a while since I've coded antyhing in php ;)))

at the moment we are in consultation with our publisher how we do this step. Because it is the first time we have to do something like this.

But you can be sure that your money isn't lost!

Greetings,

Uiqua

And the speedy response from your publisher is what?
