Avatar not loading

My personal avatar is not working. I have a premium account and i am over lvl15. There are more players with this problem. Could you please look into this? Or are you too busy with Bigpoint and the German update at the moment?

I can't see almost anyone's avatars on their profile, my own not either. I chose one from the available/premade ones but my public profile shows some sort of a default avatar, same for most other people whose profiles I've checked, except for a few exceptions who have a custom avatar or a broken image.

yes, the update and the BigPoint problem costs us much time. But sorry for the delay!

The confusion maybe exists because of the reason that at the beginning of the german server it was possible from the beginning to use a individual avatar. But with the patch including the premade avatars we set the possibility for a individual avatar to "Premium account" and "Lvl 14".

At first we wanted to completely remove the individual avatar because of too much stress with the copyrights and for checking for adult content and stuff. But the german community yelped so we agreed to this state.

But now the persisting problem:

Please only try to upload pictures with a max filesize 1 Megabyte. And the format must be .jpg or .jpeg. Some players had already the problem that the picture won't show. In that case just try to upload several times in serial.

I have a 20kB .jpg 275x362 pixels, and must have tried a thousand times now. I give up. :p But i'll wait with asking for a solution (yelp yelp lol) until after Bigpoint and the update, those are way more important of course!
