Bug game on my account

Hello,

On french server i got big problems since 2 days

I cant launch player vs player fight, or raids or dungeons ,

i can only do fortress fight

my army is 100% health and morale and my mech too

when i start any of the instance with the problem it give me the message that it start but after click on return it bring me back to the main menu and no instance is on the way

since we have the event its not really funny to loose all this bonus of tickets and others

anywone can resolve the problem please, contact me or tell me where i have to send a request

Anyone will reply to me please, been 5 days I can't do any PvP and dungeons I lost such honor and gold items
I post direct to administrator too
I understand this is Christmas holiday but seriously, I 'll think about it next time before buying a 2k pack of souls

I still be able to launch fortress with results but anything else fail

- Please clear out your temp files and cache.
- Try a different browser.

Even when I use an other device like my tablet I got the problem, so its not coming from my material

This bug start after a short server down around 6pm on the french server the 22 december
