Time stamps on Blackboard messages and Guild sys. messages

Blackboard messages and Guild's System messages do not show exact time of posting, unlike the same on the French Server and, probably, German server. Right now on the English server it only shows the date, not exact time; but it doesn't show the exact time on the initial page, before you press on any of the guild messages. If you do press, it shows the exact time in German (example: 18.07.2016 - 16:29 Uhr) for both player and system messages.

A little bit inconvenient to click on the blackboard all the time to see, it would be nice if this could fixed. My guess is it's a thing in all English server's guilds.

Decided to update this with screenshots:

1) No exact time on the guild main page, before clicking the blackboard

Same goes for the socialising messages as well, not only the guild system messages.

I do see on the German Server it has both on the "overview blackboard"\

It also work fine on the French server. The time is shown in French as well, not in German as it is on the English server's "inside Blackboard" page.

Thanks for reporting this!

I will put it on my list. But the next few days / weeks it can't be fixed because currently we are working on a bigger update and else it would give a mess in the source code
