What is the mechanic behind Thunderdome fights? Sometimes I am winning most of the fights, sometimes I lose 4/10 fights. Are there any tips to increase the chances?

Bump.

Another loss. I've calculated the odds, and now the loss chances appear to be around 20%. What is the mechanic behind TD? My guild mates state that they rarely lose any fights in TD, while I'm losing 1 in 5-6 battles, sometimes 2 in a row.

If you look at the Armies of the guys you are going to fight, you can see exactly what units they have.

From those the Game will let you battle, battle those who's army does not look quite as good as you and guys who do not have millions of Total Points and lots more Honor Points than you have.

What this has to do with TD? Thunderdome is against the system not other players. That's why I want to know the mechanic behind it. Didn't have any losses lately, the funny thing is, I don't know why.

Bump, I guess.

Hi Zarathos,

there is a small chance to lose a thunderdome fight. But we coded it like that you will mostly win.

So it seems that you really had some bad luck the last time.

Have a nice day and greetings,

Thanks for clarifying that!

I guess it was a spree of bad luck, I just didn't expect it would be so long. I'm mostly winning now but at a certain point I had 3 losses out of 5 fights, so it made me wonder.

I guess no need to worry about it if chances are hard-set and cannot be influenced.

Heal your Army and Repair your Mech before fights and your total points are higher.

Total Points is the main thing in all Battles, give your guys Advanced Training and the best stuff you can give them.

There is a random battle each time, sometimes Attack Points are more important, sometimes Defense Points, and sometimes HP points.

Having high HP points makes your Army cost more to heal.

I'm only here to complain and QQ out loud. Having a day without a TD loss has become an event of rare luck now. I'm losing 1 to 2 fights in TD lately. I've noticed this happening more often after reaching level 25. Again, it might be a coincidence but in 22 fights I had 4 losses and this isn't even the worst result, the last week was worse.

Is this just a very long spree of bad luck or did you notice changes in your TD fights as well? (both good and bad)

I am losing 1 TD fight every other day. I did not keep track of wins and losses in TD so far.
