Now the ranking list in WB fights is ordered solely on the basis of dealt damage. Prior to that it was a little bit confusing as both damage and number of fights where taken into account although the contribution of each was unclear.

It's not. At least that's not what I see on the English server.

Yup, you are right. I only took a peek to the top of the list but further down the situation changes.

The servers seem to be down again:

Problem too : the armor smith doesn't let me produce anything , it has the "red dot" that says I don't have martials which I do have and it doesn't even show what martials needed anymore .. it was working fine before the server issue

However, no code is shown, and I reply nothing for several times.
And sever said my account is banned.
