I believe you when you say there was no other choice than deleting bugged items, but I feel a bit cheated when many water and ice elemental are simply deleted from my warehouse when you know the price... Very evil as a fix...

We agonized nearly the whole afternoon today about a fair solution in this restricted situation we were in. But there was no other solution though I know that it is frustrating for those players that have lost rare items because of this bug.

Yes, theoretical we could have credited all players the exchange gold value for each lost item. But please consider that we talk here about a few thousand items that had the accent problem and we are only a small game studio that doesn't have the manpower to do this.

So another possibilty would have been that we credit gold for the lost rare items. But at which point shall we draw the line - which item is rare and which is not? Because we also have to treat every player in the same way and it would have been unfair to credit gold to some players and to others not.

As you can see it is quite a difficult situation. And please believe me that we are at least also frustrated about the situation then you players are. But we haven't seen another solution like the one we have made.

Thanks a lot for this honest explanation Uiqua, as I said, I am confident with your decision even if it is a bit painfull. I think I can try to survive this terrible loss

J'ai bien autant d'âmes dans mon récapitulatif de ressources que dans mon entrepôt.
Et pour un nombre qui me paraît cohérent avec l'ordre de grandeur que j'avais en mémoire.
